- Resident registry details (names, demographic categories, birth dates).
- Household relationships and address mapping.
- Blotter case logs and Katarungang Pambarangay schedules.
- System operation audit trails and staff account metrics.
3. Data Protection Measures
We implement rigorous administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Role-based access permissions restricting data visibility per account level.
- SSL/TLS data transmission encryption.
- Encrypted backups and secure on-premises local options.

We do not sell, trade, or share resident data with third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized barangay personnel and municipal administrators who supervise local operations, except as required by law.

Local governments deploying BARRIO are designated as Data Controllers under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Zenabus IT Solutions acts as a Data Processor, maintaining compliance with all national security standards.
