Legal Information

Terms of Service

Please review the usage agreements, operational boundaries, and licensing guidelines for the BARRIO platform.

1. Scope of Agreement

By deploying, accessing, or using the BARRIO system, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms form a binding legal agreement between Zenabus IT Solutions and the subscribing Barangay or Local Government Unit (LGU).

2. Licensing and System Access

We grant the subscribing LGU a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and operate the BARRIO system features during the subscription term. System access is restricted to authorized personnel.

3. Responsible System Use

Subscribers agree to use the platform solely for official local government records, information processing, and clearance generation. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or duplicate system binaries.
  • Log false records or malicious documents.
  • Attempt to bypass security boundaries or role access controls.
  • Overload cloud infrastructures with non-compliant files.

4. Technical Support and SLA

Zenabus IT Solutions provides technical support, system patches, and DILG compliance updates as defined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Support tickets can be submitted via email at support@zenabus.dev.

5. Intellectual Property

All source binaries, template designs, UI schemas, logo assets, and custom plugins are the exclusive property of Zenabus IT Solutions. Subscribing LGUs retain full, exclusive ownership of all resident record databases.

6. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the subscription agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the contract. Upon termination, data export services will be provided to ensure secure database transition.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms to reflect changes in local government policies or system operations. Subscribers will be notified of updates.
